LANGUAGE OF FRIENDSHIP CONNECTED YOUTH FROM BEGLU (BOURDEAUX) AND PALILULA (NIS)

In the framework of international cooperation and Francophone days in Serbia, pupils of ''Kralj Petar I'' in Nis, and “College Marceline Berthelot” in the Bagel near Bordeaux in France, under the patronage of Municipality of Palilula, displayed the part at the National Theatre Nis " Little Prince " by Antoine Saint- Exupery. All proceeds from ticket sales is for the charity fund "Let's help our children" which was found about a year ago in Palilula Municipality of Nis. The protagonists of this unique theater group of young people from the Bagel (Bordeaux) and Nis were welcomed by many of the audience, which carefully monitored play "The Little Prince" in French and Serbian language.

The work at the play, cooperation between the two schools and their contribution to humanitarian activities, "Let's help our children," by the end of the play, at the press conference were spoken by: Aleksandra Arsic, a professor of French and one of the director, Boban Džunić, president of municipality of Palilula, director of the French Institute Nis Orel Michel, Robert Džunić, director of elementary school'' Kralj Petar'' in Nis, the protagonists of "the Little Prince", representatives of the College'' Marcellin Berthelot'' in the Bagel near Bordeaux in France.

Last year's meeting of students and teachers of two schools in the Bagel (France) made ​​it possible to establish a Franco-Serbian Theatre of students of two schools and it is actively working on adapting the play '' The Little Prince'' with theater rehearsal. Play ''The Little Prince'' in the words of Aleksandra Arsic, is selected for the joint show to mark 70 years of the widely read literary works of the 20th century and the second reason is the message given to us by writer Antoine St. Exupery  - make connections between people.

The idea of ​​the teacher - author of the project, Professor of French, Florence Erode, Jerome Lozeg, professor of geography and history and Aleksandra Arsic, a French teacher in Nis, that during the performance, the students speak the text of a literary work in their native language, and without understanding what each other saying, "because the language should not be a barrier to socialize and create strong ties among the youth", was successfully presented on the stage of the National Theatre of Nis. With this project, we have presented a unique language-the language of friendship, said Florence Erode.

International Cooperation of the City of Nis and the French department of Gironde in the area youth, culture and environment has been established since october 2012. with the support of the French Embassy in Serbia. Representatives from the College of Bagel are staying within Francophone days in Serbia 16 to 23 March with their friends from school '' Kralj Petar I'', where they presented a joint project. At a reception for guests from France and their home from elementary school '' Kralj Petar I '' the president of municipality of Palilula Boban Džunić said, "Two years ago we established a collaboration with the French city Dulene after the project was implemented by the students and teachers from school " Svetozar Markovic". Active School College '' Marsellin Bertlo '' in Bagel and elementary school ''Kralj Petar'' in Nis, opened up new opportunities for cooperation. Our thanks to joint theater project "The Little Prince", which provided support for the humanitarian activities of our community - said president Džunić. This decentralized form of cooperation with France contributes to informing citizens, governance, culture and people of our local governments. The long-term goal of this cooperation is to support exchange visits but also a common approach to European funds. I hope, said president of Municipality of Palilula , that shared past activities allow us to achieve this goal.
